The black box began sealing the ledger row it flew under, so the field a flight met - the bends, the mercy earned back - is part of the flight now rather than a number you had to take somebody's word for afterwards.

The rules themselves were altered: A plate is asked for by tagline and comes back a little different every time, and docs/art/*.jpg is binary - so two machines painting the same commit produce two pictures git cannot union the way it unions every other generated file here. That is the one merge conflict this project can manufacture for itself, in a file neither pilot wrote, and it fires exactly when somebody branches while the last version's plates are still being filed. A branch no longer paints; main does, on the next rebuild, which is how the plates have always arrived.
